Left grip is marked on the underside with a star and a “K” inside and a “6” next to that. Nickel or chrome finished frame, slide, trigger and hammer. Fixed front blade iron sights. Left side of frame slide stop safety. Left side of frame checkered slide stop/takedown lever. Left side of frame checkered magazine release button. Lanyard loop on the heel. Grip safety on the backstrap. Marked on the right side of frame “United States Property M1911 A1 U.S. Army”. Left side of frame marked “P” and a “W” with another letter polished off. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder.
Condition: Good, this pistol has been plated at some point with nickel or chrome. Metal pitting under the finish, scuffs and scratches throughout. The finish has spots of loss, cloudiness and metal oxidation. The rifled bore has a grain to it.
