Description Colt 1911 in .45 ACP with one, seven round removable magazine and a 5″ barrel. Checkered wood grip plates. Parkerized frame, checkered solid trigger, serrated slide and checkered hammer. Magwell located lanyard loop. Backstrap depression grip safety. Left side of frame slide release and slide stop safety. Lower left side of frame checkered magazine release button. Front and rear fixed sights. This pistol was sent to Argentina and used in the early 1940s for there Federal Police, marked on the slide. Serialized mixed parts and dates, the slide and barrel come up as 1912 manufactured dates. The frame comes up as a 1933 and the magazine 1915. Import marked left side of frame, back to the United States by: JLD ENT Farmington Connecticut. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder. Condition: Good/Very good with scuffs, handling wear and pitting under the finish. Clean rifled bore.
