Description Sporterized Chinese Type 56 SKS chambered in 7.62x39mm with a 20″ barrel with mounted muzzle break. Manufactured in 1973 with serial number 18017315. Front cleaning rod and folding spike bayonet. Blued barrel, gas tube, receiver, dust cover, trigger, and trigger guard. Unfinished bolt with knurled charging handle. Adjustable rear leaf and protected front post, iron sights. The receiver is drilled and tapped and mounted with a BSA MIL DOT 6-24×40 scope on a railed dovetail mount. Trigger guard safety lever. Smooth wood forend and pistol grip stock with trap door butt plate. The bayonet slot in the stock has been painted and filled in. The bayonet has been taped around the stock to keep it closed. A bipod has been drilled into the front of the stock. MISSING the magazine. Serial number matching receiver, bolt, dust cover, trigger guard, and stock. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very Good having been Sporterized, with light scratches, sharp edge wear, and cosmetic handling wear. Spots of finish patina and metal oxidation. Light internal wear from normal operation. Light scratches and dings on the stock. Clean bore with strong rifling.
