Description Brazilian Mauser Banner model 1935 chambered in 7x57mm Mauser with a five round internal magazine and a 22″ barrel. Imported by Century Arms, marked on the barrel. Front bayonet lug. Blued barrel, bands, receiver, magazine, trigger, and trigger guard. Turn down bolt handle and flag style safety. Adjustable rear leaf sight and protected front blade. The receiver is drilled and tapped and mounted Weaver KV scope. Smooth wood forend and pistol grip stock with flat metal butt plate. Front and rear sling swivels. Mismatched parts. The side of the receiver is marked “MAUSER-WERKE A.G. OBERNDORD A/N.”. The lettering and proofs are colored in white. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good with scratches, sharp edge wear, and general cosmetic handling wear. Normal operational wear. Spots of metal oxidation. Spots of finish thinning and patina. Some spots of heavy pitting on the receiver and barrel. Heavier metal oxidation and pitting on the butt plate. The stock has been sanded and refinished. Light scratches and dings on the wood. The front sight is painted red. Decently bright bore with some spots of metal oxidation, strong visible rifling.
