Belgian M 1889 Mauser Calvary Carbine chambered in 7.65x53mm. This particular example has what appears to be Fabrique Nationale Herstal on the receiver in very faint lettering. All the numbers on this gun match including the stock with the exception of the bolt. The stock is duffel cut between the barrel band indicating this was a bring back further evidenced by the fact there are no import markings anywhere. Must Ship to FFL or C&R holder
Condition: The barrel jacket has an even scattering of light surface oxidation as do the barrel bands, magazine and butt plate with the heaviest areas being on the butt plate. The bore is very nice with sharp rifling. The stock rates excellent with the exception of the duffel cut.
