Checkered hammer. Marked with serial number 848 underside of barrel and under the left grip plate on the frame. Top of barrel marked “BACON MFG CO. NORWICH CONN.” Antique, ships to most buyers’ homes. Condition: Fair with finish loss, scratches, and heavy pitting throughout the revolver. The smooth bore has lots of pitting and rust, as well as a hole on the bottom near the muzzle. The cylinder doesn’t catch. Sold AS-IS.
