Description Japanese Arisaka Type 38 Short Rifle in 6.5x50mm with a five round internal capacity and a 25″ barrel. Metal butt plate. Solid wood butt stock and front foregrip. Blued receiver, bolt, trigger, guard and barrel. Adjustable rear sight and front fixed blade. Under barrel mounted cleaning rod. Left side of receiver bolt release lever. Mounted with a metal and cloth shoulder strap. Matching serial number on the bolt and comes with removable bolt dust cover. This bolt action rifle must ship to a C&R or FFL holder.
Condition: Good with scuffs, scratches, finish wear/loss, heavy metal pitting and oxidation throughout. The front bayonet lug is missing a screw. The rear sight doesn’t move and is stuck with old oil. Clean rifled bore.
