Description Colt 1849 Pocket chambered in .31 Caliber with a five-shot cylinder and a 4″ octagonal barrel. Manufactured in 1855 with serial number 100697. In the white barrel, engraved cylinder, single action trigger, and hammer. The cylinder shows Stagecoach scenes. Blued ram rod. Brass trigger guard and grip frame. Smooth wood grips. Rear hammer notch and front bead iron sights. Serial number matching barrel, frame, cylinder, trigger guard, and grip frame. The top of the barrel is marked “ADDRESS SAM L COLT NEW YORK CITY”. COLTS PATENT is marked on the frame and cylinder. Antique, ships directly to buyers home in MOST states. Condition: Antique Good with scratches, sharp edge wear, and general cosmetic handling wear. Most of the finish is in the white with spots of patina and metal oxidation/pitting. Spots of tarnish and finish loss on the brass. Some light scratches and dings on the grips.
