Dual beam laser sight is for use in conjunction with night vision goggles and/or night vision rifle scopes due to its infrared capabilities. The IR Aiming laser on the AN/PEQ2A is only visible with the help of a night vision device, and the IR illuminator features a beam that can be adjusted to a precision spotlight or a wide area flood for target detection.
