Description 1964/1965 Transition Period Winchester 70 Super Grade chambered in .458 Winchester Magnum with a 22″ barrel. Blued barrel, receiver, bolt handle, trigger, and magazine floorplate. Jeweled bolt body. Deluxe walnut stock with diamond checkering, engraved recoil cross bolts, Monte Carlo comb, and rubber butt pad. Bolt mounted safety lever. Adjustable rear leaf sight and fixed front blade. The receiver is drilled and tapped and mounted with Weaver scope rings and a Redfield 2 3/4x scope. Front and rear sling eyelets. Must ship to FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very Good with some light wear/patina on the finish. Some spots of finish loss but retains most of its bluing. A few spots of metal oxidation on the barrel. Wear on the bolt body/internals from normal operation. The wood has some light scuffs, scratches, and dings. The checkering is still strong.
