Description Tula SVT 40 chambered in 7.62x54r with one, ten round removable non matching magazine and a 24.5″ barrel with a two port muzzle break, bayonet lug, and cleaning rod. Manufactured in 1943 with manufacture year and Tula star on the top of the receiver ring. Imported by C.D.I. with an import mark in small font on the right side of the receiver. The receiver ring also has a Russian refurbish mark. Reblued barrel, seven hole barrel shroud, receiver, plum bolt, trigger group, and metal butt plate. Refinished/Lacquered wood stock and top handguard. Paddle magazine release and trigger guard safety switch with hole. Simplified rear adjustable leaf sight and adjustable front sight post. Front two piece sling swivel and rear sling slot. Matching receiver, bolt handle (scribed number) , Bolt (scribed number), stock, and trigger guard. The stock and metal parts have many visible and crisp proof/arsenal marks. Comes with M&M Engineering SVT/AVT “Do Everything Manual”. Must ship to FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good/Very good with the finish and wood appearing to have been refinished/re-arsenal. The metal parts retain most of their bluing with light handling wear and patina, the bolt and bolt handle has a plum color that is common from being refinished. The stock is in solid shape with varying scratches, scuffs, and dings. The lacquer is put on a little messy and it lightly flaking in some spots. The majority of the markings are crisp and visible. The one marking that is mostly fading is the star and date code on the right side of the stock. Very cleaned bore with strong rifling.
