Description Winchester 1886 Takedown chambered in .45-70 Government with a tubular magazine and a 22″ round barrel. Manufactured in 1906 with serial number 139181. Blued barrel, magazine tube, bolt, and trigger. Patinated receiver, lever, and hammer. Fixed front blade, flip up rear sight, and tang mounted peep sight. Smooth wood forend and straight grip stock with checkered black butt plate. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good with scratches, high edge wear, and cosmetic handling wear. Light wear on the operational parts from normal use. Some speckling and spots of metal oxidation. Spots of finish thinning/patina. The receiver, lever, and hammer are mostly in the white with some spots of original finish. The wood has been sanded and refinished at some point. Scratches and dings in the wood.
