Fabrique De Arms model M43 (1943) in 8mm with a five round internal magazine capacity and a 24″ barrel. This bolt action rifle is called a “Spanish Mauser”. Metal butt plate with moderate wear and touches of metal oxidation. Hardwood stock with dings, small scratches and all over field wear. Bolt with metal oxidation and light pitting. Receiver with light finish loss and a touch of metal oxidation. Internal magazine floor plate and trigger assembly with moderate wear, scuffs, scratches and metal oxidation. Adjustable rear sight with wear and metal oxidation, in excellent functioning condition. The second to the front barrel band with loops for a shoulder sling is loose fitting and has touches of metal oxidation. The very front barrel band has scuffs, scratches and small dings throughout. The barrel has moderate finish loss, scuffs and scratches. Smooth trigger pull. Rifled bore with a light grain. The stock is marked on the lower right side of the butt with a diamond shape with a crossed sword and axe in the center. The left side of receiver is marked with a spade symbol and “Cal 792” “P” “P”. The rifle has all matching serial numbers on its parts. This bolt action rifle must ship to FFL or C&R holder.
