Pre-64 Winchester Model 70 Featherweight chambered in .30-06. The handsome looking rifle with deep blued barrel with hooded ramp sight and matte black finished receiver is outfitted with a nicely grained and fine checkered hardwood stock with aluminum butt plate, aluminum trigger guard and aluminum floor plate and has a hollowed bolt handle, all indicative of the Featherweight line. The receiver is topped with a vintage Redfield peep sight. Must Ship to FFL or C&R holder
Condition: This rifle is in Excellent condition. The wood also rates excellent only a couple of very minor marks from handling. There are a couple spots on the receiver which indicate there may have been a scope mount at one time and the matte black receiver may have been filled and refinished. The marks are barely noticeable and indicative of professional craftsmanship.
