Blued barrel, rod, unfluted cylinder, frame, single action trigger, and spur hammer. Smooth wood grips. Rear hammer notch and rounded front blade. The top of the barrel is marked “SMITH & WESSON . SPRINGFIELD MASS; PAT’D. APR 3 1855 & JULY 5. 1859.”. Antique, ships directly to buyers home in MOST states. Condition: Antique Good/Very good with scratches, contact marks, and sharp edge wear. Spots of finish thinning and patina. Some spots and speckling of metal oxidation. Some small spots of pitting. Light scratches and dings on the grips. The bore is decently bright given the age.
