Description Winchester M1 Garand chambered in .30-06 Springfield with a eight round internal en-bloc clip (not included) fed magazine and a 24″ barrel. The receiver is dated to 1941 with serial number 119378. Springfield Armory barrel dated to 1951, marked ” S-A-11-51″. Parkerized finish with wood stock and top handguard. Mounted leather sling. The receiver underneath the stock is marked “07 3 a”… “W over W”, “D 28291-32”. Springfield Armory operating rod marked “D35382 6 SA”. Winchester bolt marked “D28287-1 W.R.A.”. Springfield Armory trigger group marked “D28299-12-SA”. Adjustable rear sight and after market front blade sight. Comes with a USM8A1 bayonet marked ” USM8A1 P W H”. The top of the guard is marked “U.S. M5-1” and “Aerial”. This rifle appears to be rebuilt and the rear of the receiver was welded back together. With visible welding marks. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Fair/Good having been welded back together with visible welding marks. Scratches, marks, and general cosmetic handling wear. Spots of metal oxidation and finish patina throughout. Heavy spots of metal oxidation and pitting around most of the receiver. Some scratches and contact marks in the wood.
