Description World War II Standard Products M1 Carbine chambered in .30 Carbine with one, twenty round magazine and a 18″ barrel. Serial number 2144910. The barrel is Winchester made and dated to 1942 and marked “W.R.A., (Flaming Bomb Proof), “12-42”. Type 3 barrel band with bayonet lug and sling swivel. The barrel band is marked “M.M.C.”. Protected front blade sight and adjustable rear sight. The front sight protector is marked “RIA”. Early flat top bolt. Rotary safety selector and push button magazine release. Low wood straight stock with oval cut and oiler. Metal butt plate. Two rivet wood upper handguard. The bottom of the stock is marked “F” and “17” with yellow paint. Olive green sling with horseshoe metal tabs. Rear canvass magazine holder marked “U.S.” and “BOYT -43-“. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Check local laws regarding “High Capacity” magazines BEFORE bidding. Condition: Very good with light scratches, sharp edge wear, and general handling wear. Darkening/patina on the parkerized finish. Some light spots of metal oxidation. The stock has likely been sanded and refinished at some point. Scratches, dings, and edge wear on the wood. Some heavier patina on the butt plate.
