New photos have been uploaded.**** World War II era United States Property marked Remington Model 11 in the Riot configuration chambered in 12 gauge for 2 3/4″ shells with a tubular magazine and a 20″ barrel. Fixed cylinder choke. Manufactured in 1942 with date code OL and serial number 466361. Blued barrel, engraved receiver, trigger guard, trigger, and charging handle. Stainless loading gate. Cross bolt safety and push button bolt release. Checkered wood forend and pistol grip stock with serrated butt plate. Silver bead front sight. The top of the barrel is stamped “REMINGTON ARMS CO., INC., ILION, N.Y. MADE IN U.S.A. / BROWNING’S U.S. PATS. 689,283 – 710,094 – 730,870 – 812,326”. The top of the barrel and left side of the receiver is stamped “U.S.” with Flaming Bomb proof. Cross Cannons cartouche on the left side of the butt stock. Must ship to a FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Very good with scratches, sharp edge wear, contact marks, and general light handling wear on the metal. Some small spots of metal oxidation on the metal parts. Scratches, scuffs, and dings on the wood. Shallow gash on the top of the grip of the stock. Bright and clean smooth bore.
