Description World War II Inland M1 Carbine chambered in .30 Carbine with one, fifteen round removable magazine and a 18″ General Motors barrel dated to 5-43. The receiver was manufactured in 1943 with serial number 512059. Type 3 barrel band with bayonet lug and sling swivel. Type 3 stock with low wood and oval oiler cut. Two rivet wood top handguard. Parkerized receiver, operating rod, and trigger guard. Early flat top bolt. Rotary safety selector. Adjustable rear sight and fixed protected front blade. The right side of the stock has a faded Springfield Armory Cross Cannons cartouche. The left side of the stock has a Italian “Star” FAT77 cartouche. Circled P cartouches on the grip of the stock. “417” Rack number on the bottom of the stock forward of the magazine well. Must ship to a FFL holder. Check local laws regarding “High Capacity” magazines BEFORE bidding. Condition: Good/Very good with general scratches, sharp edge wear, and normal handling wear. Some wear on the moving parts and contact points from operation. Some small spots of metal oxidation. Finish patina/discoloration from oil and age. Scratches, scuffs, and dings in the stock.
