Description Izhevsk M91/30 Mosin Nagant chambered in 7.62x54r with a five round internal magazine and a 28 3/4″ barrel. Manufactured in 1942 and imported by PW Arms, marked on the left side of the receiver. Blued barrel, cleaning rod, end caps, and barrel bands. Blued round high wall receiver with blued refurbished bolt channel. Unfinished bolt with twist knob safety. Adjustable rear leaf sight and adjustable front sight post. Wood forend and straight stock with blued metal butt plate. Front and rear sling escutcheons with mounted fabric sling. Serial number matching receiver, bolt, magazine, and butt plate. Many small proofs and stamps on the stock and barrel shank. Condition: Good having been refurbished with general scratches, scuffs, and handling wear. Spots and speckling of metal oxidation. Some scratches, scuffs, and dings in the stock. Some wood fills/repairs in the stock. The bore shows strong visible rifling but has a layer of metal oxidation.
