Metal butt plate marked: gqm 41, this was the wartime code for Lock Hartenberger Metallwarenfabrik. Smooth wood stock with right side marked with Third Reich proof and WaA135. Blued trigger guard, trigger, receiver, bolt and barrel. Rear bolt safety switch. Rear left side of receiver bolt release. Under barrel fixed bayonet lug. Metal loop and sling slot for mounting a shoulder sling. Rear flip up adjustable and front fixed blade sight. Left side of receiver and barrel marked with German Eagle proofs. Right side of receiver and barrel marked with Third Reich proof and 280. Receiver and barrel have matching serial number, other parts are mix-matched. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder. Condition: Good with scratches, wood dings, finish wear/loss and rust. The rifled bore has very light rust with strong visible rifling.
