Description DWM 1914 Pattern Artillery Luger chambered in 9mm with one, non-matching magazine with wood floorplate, and a 8″ barrel. Manufactured in 1917 with serial number 2380. Rust blued frame with stock lug, narrow trigger guard, and push button magazine release. Straw finished takedown lever, wide trigger, and serrated thumb safety marked “GESICHERT”. Checkered non serialized walnut grips. Rust blued barrel, chamber, and toggle with flat checkered toggle knobs. Front fixed “dorsal fin” blade and a adjustable nine-position V-notch rear sight. The toggle is marked with “DWM”. The barrel, toggle, and receiver are marked with German military proof marks. DWM acceptance mark is on the right side of the receiver. The bottom of the barrel is marked with the serial number and “C” “8,82”. All parts appear to be matching aside from the Trigger, side plate(no serial), grips, and magazine. Must ship to FFL or C&R holder. Condition: Good, The finish shows scratches and chatter/contact marks. Some spots of finish loss and high edge wear. Some parts of the finish have a brown patina on them. Varying spots of metal oxidation and pitting on many of the metal parts. The grips are in solid shape with some patina and imperfections. The checkering is worn but can still be felt. The front sight is painted red. The bore has some light metal oxidation but strong visible rifling.
