Description WWI Colt PTFA Model of 1911 US Army semi auto pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Manufactured in 1918 this features a “P/H” marked barrel, fixed front blade, flat top notched rear sight, two-line and two block address with patent marking on the left side of the slide separated by Rampant Colt logo, “UNITED STATES PROPERTY” marking on left side of frame, Eagle / “SII” inspection mark on left side of frame rear of trigger, long and smooth solid trigger, checkered hammer, safety, slide catch, and magazine catch, double diamond checkered grips, short grip safety, and smooth, flat mainspring housing with lanyard loop. Included is one two-tone magazine with a two pin base . Ships to FFL/C&R only. Condition: Overall Very Good with a few scattered spots of freckling, small pits and a few small and scattered marks from handling. The finish shows thinning on the high spots and wear surfaces with more significant loss on the front and rear grip areas. The bore is clean with good rifling and the action functions as expected.
