This early example customized in the Tanker configuration with serial number 631665 and dating to April of 1942 and features a 18″ Federal Ordnance marked barrel with SA front sight and rear sight base and cover only, M1A modified handguard, SA marked modified op rod, bolt, fire control group, and trap door butt plate. The receiver is marked “TANKER” on the left side. Ships to FFL/C&R only. Condition: Overall Very Good with a throat measuring 5 and muzzle .303+. The stock rates excellent as refinished with no markings present. The bore is bright with good rifling and the action functions as expected The rear sight aperture and adjustment components are missing.
