Description Mauser S/42 Code model P-08 Luger semi auto pistol chambered in 9mm. This example with serial number 640n features a 4″ barrel with “1938” stamped above the chamber and “S / 42″ stamped on the slide.. Finish is a commercial blue with no straw, diamond checkered hardwood grip panels, and aluminum bottom detachable magazine. All visible numbers match with the exception of the magazine and there are no import marks. Ships to FFL/C&R Only. Condition: Very Good with some freckling on the right side of the frame and trigger plate, and a small spot of surface corrosion on the left side of the frame. There is finish loss at the muzzle, along the left side of the barrel, and high spots. The grip panels show some mild wear and marks from handling.
