Description Enfield SHTLE III in .303 British with one, ten round removable magazine and a 25″ barrel. Brass butt plate with cleaning rod door, empty. Smooth wood stock and front forend. Blued trigger guard, serrated trigger, receiver, bolt and barrel. Inside trigger guard located magazine release. Rear left side of receiver serrated safety switch. Under barrel fixed bayonet lug. Rear flip up adjustable and front fixed blade sight. Top of barrel is marked: (Osterr Gendarmere) which is a proof for the Austrian Police. These were sold after WWI to Austria. Must ship to a C&R or FFL holder. Condition: Fair with wood damage and heavy sanding to the left front forend creating a divot, scratches, finish wear/loss and light spots of rust throughout.
