Estate-Found WWII Era Rifle in 30-06, 22″ bbl. With the top of the receiver marked: Cal 30-06 Semi-Auto, “JOHNSON AUTOMATICS” Model of 1941, Made in Providence RI. USA. plus pat pending mark. Right Side Receiver marked: Cranston Arms Co. in Triangle. Blade Front sight and bayonet lug, Rear adjustable 0-1000 Meter Sight stamped “M2”. Barrel Marked “30-06 and 41” Wood fore and butt stocks well matched and likely original. Receiver Serial: B2157, Bolt Serial: 3791, Checkered steel butt plate. Good Function, appears complete, Grainy bore. Two areas of stock repair, and field marks throughout. areas of rust on magazine cover. A few small areas of original matte green finish in low spots remaining.
