Description Kentucky style rifle AKA Pennsylvania Rifle with manufacturer marking “LEMAN LANCTR, PA” on the lock plate. This half stock rifle with set trigger features a half octagon to round rifled barrel in .38 caliber measuring 36″ and an overall length of 52″. The top of the barrel is engraved with the initials A-R-F. The hardwood stock with raised cheek is dressed with a brass trigger guard, butt plate and patch box. There is wood missing on the right side of the tang behind the lock plate. The lock functions but the trigger is very sensitive after being set and just may be in need of adjustment.
