The lock plate is etched and appears to be marked with the cursive letters “J C” just under the pan. The brass furniture includes fore-end cap, ramrod thimbles, engraved trigger guard and butt plate. The hardwood stock features nice striping that runs through the length of the stock and a wooden ramrod. The trigger guard is loose. 2 – Full length stock octagon to round, smooth bore 42-1/2″ barreled percussion rifle in .58 caliber stamped “LEMAN” on top of the barrel. Brass blade fore-sight with small v notch rear sight. The lock plate is marked “WHITMORE & WOLF PITTSBURG”. The brass furniture includes fore-end cap, ramrod thimbles, side plate, trigger guard, toe and butt plate. Ramrod on this rifle is missing. 3 – Full length stock and octagon, six groove bore 42-3/4″ barreled flintlock rifle in .44 caliber stamped “J F” on top of the barrel. Brass blade fore-sight with small v notch rear sight. The lock plate is etched and is marked with the letters “J C” just under the pan. The brass furniture includes fore-end cap, ramrod thimbles, side plate, trigger guard, toe and butt plate, cartridge trap and ramrod tip. 4 – Full length stock octagon to round, smooth bore 42″ barreled flintlock rifle in .58 caliber. Brass blade fore-sight with small, v notch rear sight. The lock plate is etched and is marked “LEMAN LANCASTER PA”. The brass furniture includes fore-end cap, ramrod thimbles, trigger guard, toe and butt plate. The hardwood stock features nice striping that runs through the length of the stock and a wooden ramrod. All examples exhibit a brown patina with pitting surrounding the combustions point. All actions work as expected but the spring tension may be vary.
